I know you're a fitness blog but I have a problem and I thought that maybe you know sth about it. I'm curvy and I have stretch marks on my tights and I don't know what to do about them. I googled it and it said that I'm gonna have them for the rest of my life [I'm only 16]. I went to the doctor and I made some analysis and they were good so the doctor didn't clarified anything. Do you know anything about it? I don't know what to do I can't even wear short shorts anymore

Almost everyone gets stretch marks at some point, guys do and even really skinny girls. They don’t go completely away but you can use lotions to help fade them to where they’re barely noticeable. I use cocoa butter and I’ve heard bio oil is good too, self tanner can also help. I’ve had them on my thighs hips and boobs since I was like 14 and over time and using the cocoa butter they’ve gotten a lot better. I promise you they seem a lot worse to you than they really are!! I used to be really insecure about mine but no ones ever seemed to notice, if they did they didn’t care :) try not to worry about them!

It depends on what your goals are and where you’re at now, but I’d say between 3-6 days is great and try to go for 30 mins to an hour and a half. And I’ll go look at that right now, thank you!! I’m so happy we could help :)
